At Vimeo, I was tasked with building the product development process with my product partners, for our suite of creation tools including our player and interactive tools.

New collaborative ceremonies
On arrival, our teams weren’t collaborating in ways that were efficient resulting in duplicated work across the product areas. Through a re-org and introduction of our “Kitchen Sink Sync” we were able to showcase work in a way that reduced duplicity and improved requirements gathering.
Rollout of Democratized Research within Design
Working with the head of research, we piloted bringing research into the design team in an effort to improve quality and increase customer empathy. A nice side-effect was a reduction in our research team bottle-necking the research process and allowed them to lead from a distance.
